We were just there a few weeks ago. The price included breakfast and supper. The food was buffet style but very plentiful.

How much does it cost per night for 2 adults sharing a room?

I’m sorry I don’t remember. We went with a few kids and had more than one room. Call them. They are very friendly.
I think check in was at 3pm so there is supper served that evening and breakfast the next morning. Check out was at 11am.
I don’t know if this matters to you but it caters to a chassidish crowd. There were definitely other types too (we are not chassidish) but the main crowd was chassidish. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nothing especially fancy but very decent. The mattresses were new and very good.

I have stayed there last summer in the busy season.
The room was very decent and clean. The food was great for isreali style. It is great place for kids too. There is a park across the street. The atmosphere is very heimish.
I had been to plenty hotels for shabbos in Isreal, galei Sanz was most expensive but the best of all.

I think she quoted me 1200/room for 2 adults and two kids in one room. We would need two rooms and for a few nights for us it made sense to get a large Airbnb in the area.

If you are thinking of booking I suggest you contact a travel agent as they have whole sale rates as opposed to the full published rate which is more expensive.
If you hold a foreign passport and an israeli one please let your travel agent know. When I worked in the industry people holding foreign passport were exempted from VAT.

If you are Israeli, it doesn't matter what other passports you have, you are charged VAT.
If your foreign passport doesn't have the visitor paper (which it won't because you have to enter on your Israeli passport if you're Israeli) you are not exempt from VAT.

You need to show them your temporary visa - B2 visa card

Israelis don't have that. Hence not exempt.
