If an employer offers health insurance, what is the minimum amount of working hours at which an employee is eligible for the insurance?
In case it varies by state, this is for NY

I'm not sure if this is law related. I know of three different employers, where each one has a different amount of hour requirements. One is 20, another 25, and my own employer goes by 32.

It probably also depends on how many employees the company has.
