Anyone use Dr. Stuart Ditchek?

I'm looking to possibly switch to Dr. Ditchek and wanted to find out some information. How are his hours, does he have Sunday hours? Does he have an answering service or number you can call him for after hour emergencies? I have heard that he's away part of the summer with Kids of Courage - does he have someone who fills in for him when he's away? How's the waiting time when you have an appointment? Does he spend time with you explaining things or is just in and out? I know its a lot of questions but these are some of the issues I've had with past pediatricians and I'm trying to see if this is the right doctor for my kids.
