Aside from the busses from the Central Bus Station, what are the options for getting from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv? Are there any frum women who carpool? Are there sheruts that go through the haredi neighborhoods?
How long does the trip take during rush hour / not during rush hour?

Traffic in Jerusalem is a nightmare, but once you leave the city and are on the highway towards Tel Aviv the drive will be well under an hour. This is during non rush hour traffic. I've never done this route during rush hour though, but I'm sure other posters have. Have a wonderful time.

Hi again. This amother above. Just wanted to say that I know for sure that evening rush hour leaving Tel Aviv is not a picnic, but it moves.
