Recently I went to a Melava Malka simcha.

everyone was dressed to kill.

A family member told me not to get dressed up.
so I wore a pretty but plain dress.
I

I am planning to go to
Imamother meeting.
can you ad links to what I could wear? LOL :

You can never be safer than wearing black. A black skirt, with a black top will do.

Years back, we made our son’s Bar Mitzvah at Dougie’s and of coruse I dressed up – it was my simcha – but I was surprised that ppl came in everyday clothes….but anything goes these days.

Well if you make it at dougie’s…. it demands a certain dress code. Sorta like a black skirt, flowing, long and casual, and a black skimpy v-neck with a flaming orange top underneath?
