Throat culture gemach/reduced rate in Bklyn ??h

Does anyone know of a throat culture gemach in Brooklyn? I pay 30$ for a throat culture plus a prescription copay. I have one child with confirmed strep and DH thinks he has it plus another child I need cultured. I also have not been feeling well and would need a culture too. Does anyone know of a PA or nurse practitioner who is willing to culture and prescribed medication (if need be) for a reduced rate. They can still bill my insurance.
A few medical issues lately have thrown us a curve ball..TIA.

I had gone to asisa once and didn't have time to wait for the dr. Someone else there did the culture and if I remember right they charged me $15 copay instead if normal one. Call them.
