Hi - I have been searching for such a recipe for a long time, I hope someone can help! I am looking for a Pesachdik chocolate chip cookie, non-gebrokst, AND nut free. Any ideas? Thanks!

I think you're pretty much left with meringue cookies. do you use quinoa? I've seen some quinoa-cookie recipes floating around recently, but I havent tried them.

You may be able to concoct something with tapioca and/or potato starch.
One year I read through a lot of recipes & concocted my own cookie recipe. It does use nuts, matzo meal and potato starch, so it won't help you. But my point is with a bit of experimenting (oy, such expensive ingredients, so make very small batches) you can make your own recipes. Sometimes, anyhow.
You could just put choc chips into a ladyfinger recipe...

I do not know if this helps you but IIRC they sell a boxed KLP chocolate chip cookie mix that is non-gebrokts and nut free.
You can also make a reversed chocolate cookie using the KLP crinkle cookie recipe and white chocolate chips.
Though I am sure there's a recipe out there that fits your needs...

Hi I just came across this old thread that I started long ago
I did find a recipe that works and is really delicious, tastes chometzdik
So sharing it here
Pesach Chocolate Chip Cookies - non-gebrokst, no nuts
1 C Oil
1 C brown sugar (can use part white)
2 eggs
1 t vanilla
1.5 C potato starch
3/4 t salt
1 t baking powder
chocolate chips - mini work best
1. Beat oil and sugar
2. Add in rest of ingredients except choc chips and mix well
3. Add chocolate chips
4. Put batter in fridge for an hour or more, even overnight - and leave in fridge between baking batches
5. Scoop small spoonfuls onto baking pan. I get 8 cookies on a medium cookie sheet - they spread ALOT
6. Bake 350F for 9-10 min
They freeze perfectly (taste even better straight from freezer)
Don't bother re-refrigerating them on pan, it doesn't help with the spreading
Remember to warn everyone they are shehakol
