How do you feel about sugar in Potato Kugel? Do you make it like that?

I make it almost every week. It's the best potato kugel! You really can't taste the sugar, and this recipe is the only potato kugel one that I've tried that hasn't flopped on me.

It brings out the flavor when you put sugar in it, you're stimulating more of your taste buds, so it make the food more tasty.
I'm pretty sure that McDonald's fries have sugar sprinkled on them.

If you want to bring out the flavor in watermelon, sprinkle some salt on it!
