I made some salmon last tuesday. . . do you think it's still ok to eat it? I don't think it smells funny.

Shucks, I just saw this now. But, I would have said, maybe heat it until it's real hot, just to be sure.

That's what I just did, had some fish from Shabbos, but heated it up in the micro. until it was steaming.... Wink

Are you OK defy???

That's preference is probably the reason my cholesterol's too high and I need omega 3 from salmon!!!!
