Hi.. Which area of Staten Island is very modern? We would send to JFS, I wear pants, dont cover hair etc. Also, is there a high school there? Does anyone know how JFS is with a kid with an IEP for dyspraxia-related issues?

Willowbrook is the largest and most established community in SI. There are all types there, but definitely a large modern community. Eltingville has become more yeshivish/chareidi in the past 10 years. I don't know what HV is - what does it stand for?
