I don't- I only wear heels when I go to an event without him. I just don't feel comfortable towering above him. Although I love my heels, and I love how I look in heels...
What do you do?

Dh is about an inch or so taller than me but when I wear heels he is shorter. I do wear heels when I go out with him because its so rare and I like to dress up on those occasions and also he likes how I look in heels... It does feel a bit strange to be taller though.

My Dh is taller than I am, but I don't wear heels at all. It's uncomfortable!

When we were dating dh made very off-hand comments of how he didn't care as a show of being confident despite being on the short side.
Once we were married he good naturedly said he'd prefer no heels.
So I don't usually, but sometimes lower heels. He usually doesn't notice.

I love heels, my husband thinks it's unhealthy.
Apart from that, he had no problem with my being visibly taller when we met. Now he stopped growing but he managed to pass me!! 
I'm still taller in heels and he doesn't care.

I never wear heels, I never tried it in my entire life and once I got married to someone exactly my height I probably would never buy heels
