Just curious, because my 5 year old and 3 year old share a room and I plan on keeping it that way for another few years. What is the age that a boy and girl should stop sharing a room?

At the age that you don't want them undressing in front of each other.
One easy trick for homes with no space is to hang up a sheet in the middle of the room. One side for boy dressing, other for girl dressing.

I right now live in a 2 bedroom home with 2 boys and 2 girls. There is no room in the bedroom for a sheet, considering the beds pretty much cover all floor space. My oldest is 8. Either the girls get dressed in my room, boys in theirs. Or someone goes into the bathroom (we only have one on that floor). It works for now.
I don't want to move someone to another floor (2 stories away, my only other space) until they are 10.
