She clearly has a cold and I'm really not comfortable with her cleaning my house like this, folding my kids laundry... Just don't want any of my little kids getting sick. How do I politely send her home? I feel guilty because I would probably go to an office job with a cold but I think this is different.
pay her for the day and tell her to go home and feel better. make her a cup of tea on her way out. tell her you will see her next week. poor lady. do physically taxing work when sick is really hard.
