Anyyone has a recipe for matbucha ?( not sure how to write this)

Fry up some fresh garlic in olive oil, some diced (very small) red peppers add in diced tomatoes, toamtoe paste, salt, hot red pepper to taste. Let cook for a while till thick.

They sell it ready made - pre packaged. It's quite good, even with Challah or as a side to gefilta fish instead of 'chrain'. But if oyu have a sensitive stomach, maybe it's not for you 'cause it's spicy.
