I used that amazing recipe from the other thread and I used all purpose gluten free flour instead. It came out perfect and delicious!
So, if you are celiac or just don't eat gluten, you can substitute the flour and it works out really well! I also added a little cinnamon!

Thanks so much. They sounded so good, but I hate trying a new GF recipe and it flops, and it all goes in the garbage. Which all purpose GF flour did you use?

Glad that I could help! I used the Betty Crocker Rice Flour Blend, but I think Bob's Red Mill would also work out with this one.
They come out really great!

Thanks I didn't get to try the recipe, I had two miserable, sick kids at home today, and my GF child went out to a party tonight, so it wasn't worth the extra work. Tomorrow they have fleishigs for lunch in school, so I guess I'll wait till next year.
