I want to start a project on fabric. Ive stenciled before. but not on fabric.
I went to d!ck Blicks, the art place, and they sold me only acrylic paint.
Now I read in a book that oil paint is easier and nicer to work with, even though acrylic paint is more commonly sold for stenciling. Any thoughts?

It's been a very long time, but I used to have a business painting baby outfits and selling them to stores. I always used acrylic fabric paints. Wouldn't oil-based paints take too long to dry?
