OK, just don't call me a trash. It is a matter of national prestige--something Israel can definitely make good use of.
So excited as Israel hasn't been anywhere near final for several years.
I think this one looks promising--finals should be this Thursday in Austria.

Actually the final is first night Shavuot (motsei Shabbat). Which means we can't watch until after Yom Tov :-( The semi-final that Israel is in is on Thursday.
Not a fan of the Israeli entry myself and feel it's been made deliberately 'unIsraeli' this year (possibly to try and do better?) but best of luck to them.
Off to watch the first semi-final with Belgium ;-)
