Both me and DH have Chase Freedom cards. The deal is 1% cash back plus 5% cash back for certain types of purchases. The 5% categories changes every 3 months. Is this the best out there? Are there other, better chash back and rewards programs that we should consider? We always pay our balance off in full.

Try the Chase Ink card. You'll get 5x points for basic bills like utilities and office supplies. Transfers to many different airlines.
