My friend's daughter graduated close to a year ago with a degree in social work. She has not yet found a job near Lakewood, NJ. Any suggestions?

I don't mean to sound discouraging, but I know that my husband has a social worker colleague that commutes from Lakewood to Brooklyn daily. It's tough.
