I'm moving into an old house and it needs a very very thorough paint job. I want to get the job done well and I don't have much $ to spend on it. Any referrals?

I'm also looking for someone to scrape the old parquet floors. Someone good and inexpensive.

Thanks!

Mr. Weissmandl is a very honest, good painter. I don't know about pricing, but I guess you should get an estimate.

you know you can't always have it both ways ... good requires more time and thus requires more money ... being someone who paints, sands floors, etc.
