Btdt with a 10mo and an almost 2 yo.... Sad

They sell plastic sleeves that can go over casts. With my second kid the Dr gave me one and then I saw in a pharmacy.
With my first I taped a plastic shopping bag around the leg over the cast.

Obviously don't fill up the tub. I found it easiest to sit the child with his back facing the faucet. Sponge bathe quickly. If possible elevate the leg off the bottom of the tub (I used a little plastic stool I have but you can use towels or anything.)

Cover cast and keep it up out of the water.

My toddler has a cast on her foot that got a bit wet at the bottom while having a shower. I used a blow dryer to kind of dry it but it is still damp. What can I do now? Does it need to be changed?
