my grandmothers 8th or 9th yahrziet 2 weeks from shabbos, I really want to do something for it, and because its in the summer vacation nothing ever really gets done, I was a kid when she died but she was a big part or our lives so I would really like to do something.
having a gathering or shiur is out because my mother and probebly me as well with be away then,

I had this idea and dont knwo if its any good what do you think about doing a loshon horo thing where I get people to take on one hour (or 2) or thier day to be really extra careful not to talk any loshon horo during that time. I live in england and I have people in usa israel that I could involve as well so we could work it out over a full 24 hours (not sleeping hours)
we do it in her zechus etc..
its not hard no shiur, no money.
what do you think?
any other ideas?
do you think its appropiate?
thanks !
