Lawyer/advisor in NY/NJ for credit history, removing judgment.

I'm looking for a good yet affordable lawyer or advisor in NY or NJ to get a judgment removed from my credit history.

I've discovered a judgment from the case of NY state against me, which I had not known about. It's been over five years that I moved out of ny, and didn't owe them anything at that time.

Apparently, There is basis to file motion to vacate judgment because of improper service but I heard that it may be practically problematic when state is the plaintiff.

I want to get someone reliable to take care of it for me. It's also ironic that it is probably gonna cost me the same as the amount listed on the judgment.
