You will most likely be taken to central booking (aka get arrested).

If you do decide to do it. Please make sure you have enough money for the legal bills involved and if Chas vshalom you are in accident it will cost you even more ( your insurance may not pick up any costs) Please have plans in place to have someoen take care of any kids you have and you can possibly kiss your job away as many employees may hold an arrest against you !

Of course this is the law.
In fact, it happened to someone that I know (who had no clue that his license was suspended.)
He spent the night at central booking after being taken in handcuffed until it was all straightened out.

I say, go for it! Prison is really nice this time of year.

If caught driving with a suspended license, you risk landing yourself in jail for up to 30 days.

It's not a joke.

If driving for a living means you are transporting other people you are putting them in danger of not being covered by insurance should there be an accident.

Even if you are not driving others, you put yourself at risk for needed medical treatment and not having coverage.

That's not even taking the legal aspects into consideration.

Please reconsider.

Lol???!

This is irresponsible and reckless. Don't take this lightly. It's not worth the risk.

How do you drive for a living. If you are employed to drive, there is generally a requirement that yu have a valid license.

Also, why is your license suspended. If you just failed to send in the paperwork two renew, that is easily remedied. If your license was suspended because of violations or some other legal reason, you risk compounding the original offense. Beyond possible jail time, you run the risk of not being covered by ur insurance as well as rit being difficult and extremely expensive to get insurance.

dh license was just suspended because of too many points
he was able to apply for a restricted license to use in that time for work purposes. he had to write exactly where he goes. etc.
after a month his license was reinstated. sometimes that is offered. look at your suspension paperwork and it will let you know.
if u do drive with a suspended license u r risking jail time.

Yes, it happened to a friend of mine too.

NY is very strict about this. Please do not drive with a suspended license. Not worth the risk. unless you think a night in jail is a nice adventure.
