I'm looking for a pasuk that gives encouragement, one that I would like to engrave on a shtender for DS. He has been learning a lot and has his goal on completing mishnayos a certain number of times, so I want a pasuk that encompasses encouragement as well as my pride in all that he is doing. The pasuk can have anything to do with Torah, commitment to learning, pride in his success, encouragement to keep going, etc. etc. etc.
ANY ideas will be appreciated!.... Thank you so much in advance.

What about this Gemara? (Megillah 6b)
יָגַעְתִּי וְלֹא מָצָאתִי אַל תַּאַמִין לֹא יָגַעְתִּי וּמָצָאתִי אַל תַּאַמִין יָגַעְתִּי וּמָצָאתִי תַּאַמִין
“If someone says: ‘I have worked hard but I have not been successful,’ don’t believe him. If someone says: ‘I have not worked hard and I have been successful,’ don’t believe him. If someone says: ‘I have worked hard and I have been successful,’ believe him!”
