Another vote for Museum of Jewish History, also there's the Constitution Museum, and not so far away is beautiful Longwood Gardens.

How long do you have and what do you like? You have good suggestions. I also love The Barnes Foundation (Impressionist and Post-Impressionist art) and the Art Museum.
