Housing should be 1/4 of your income so without tuition that is $150k.

Also I should add, what was your income when getting approval to renting the house? Income can theoretically grow as family grows and expenses grow and experience grows.

3 kids total, all in yeshiva
BH after food, car, gas, electric, insurance, student loans and everything else that comes up, we can pay all that each month and are not increasing in debt. and then we have nearly nothing left by the end of the month.
