For my wedding I used someone named Malka Saflas, and she did a beautiful job. I wanted my makeup to be natural and not too overdone, and she was great. If I remember correctly she was definitely less expensive than other makeup artists that I looked into.

she helped me ALOT when I was starting out. I have her number.
