I want to sign up for a scuba diving certification class. Has anyone done this before/can refer me to a good female scuba instructor?

I'm assuming from your username you're in Brooklyn - but it may help to add the location you want to find someone. I've never actually gone scuba-diving but have looked into it a number of times over the years. I'd also suggest you ask this question on other websites, such as Quora or join Facebook groups for this. I guess that whilst on this website you'll get a handful of recommendations/experiences, on places like Quora you'll get, lets just say, a lot more.
