1. What is the weather like? Do I need a jacket?
2. what do the women wear? Thick/thin tights? Long or short shaitel? Do you have to cover your shaitel in the kever? Please help because I need to pack!

There will be thousands of women there from hundreds of backgrounds. You can wear whatever you want and you will not stick out.
I suggest sneakers and your most comfortable head covering.
You may get squashed so do not wear your fanciest clothes.
It will probably be hot. According to my weather app it will be 80s, so wear something light and perhaps an extra removable later if you will be there at night-time.

the most comfortable clothing, especially shoes!! and a headcovering you dont mind getting sqashed. you get pushed and shoved in all directions and are there for a looong time. till you get to the tziun takes a long time with so many ppl there.
at night its cooler and in the day its really really hot.
just know in advance that youll be going to a crowded place for along time.
