Quest diagnostics en route to Montreal

Anyone know of a quest diagnostics close to Montreal but still in NY? I need to take a blood test tomorrow and only have NY coverage. We're leaving at four in the morn from Rockland to get to Montreal - I know that they have a site but I dont know which ones are right off the highway. If anyone knows anything, would greatly appreciate it! thanks!

There is one in Latham. North of Albany near the airport.

Exit 5 off of 87-N (this is after paying tolls if heading north).
LEFT on WATERVLIET SHAKER RD(RT-155) - go 0.9 mi
RIGHT on LOUDON RD(US-9) - go 0.8 mi
Arrive at 582 NEW LOUDON RD, LATHAM, on the RIGHT

I just moved up here, so I just did a search over a large radius to find what's within 75 miles of albany for routine testing. There might be others, but I'm just not so familiar with upstate yet. hope this helps
