I'm not trying to be a malshin cv"sh, so please try to keep this as l'toeles as possible.
I sent back some pieces for repairs back in July/August, and I got an email saying that it was ready to be sent back. Never received the item. They sent me the address that they sent the items to and what should've said "72", said "12"--in the "house #" line, zipcode, so now it never got to me, and they never received it almost 2 months later.
I called USPS and they said that since the package originated in Israel they would have to initiate the investigation in Israel. So far I have no evidence that Michal Negrin did so. All they've told me is "no update", "didn't receive it back".
What can I do?
