I have bought coconut water to help with the fast.
- Is it useful before the fast or just to recuperate after the fast?
- Do I mix it with water or just drink straight from the bottle?
I don't fast well and I'm hoping this will help!!!!!

It helps for both before and after.
I like the taste.
But, it doesn't help enough
The only thing that helped me is the 24 hr Advil with caffeine
I drink the coconut water as well, both before and after the fast.
It helps get my energy back.
I crack open my own coconuts, though.

I use it before and after the fast. I'm a fairly good faster- though the anxiety beforehand oh my!
