CRANBERRY COLESLAW
from another board, with my changes

Makes approx 6-7 servings
Prep Time: approx 15 minutes
Chilling Time: approx 45 minutes

Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise, any kind
2 Tbsp. honey, any kind
2 Tbsp. vinegar, any kind
1/4 cup fresh cranberries chopped, frozen, or snipped dried cranberries
5 cups shredded cabbage (1 small head), or baggy slaw mix

Directions
1. Combine mayonnaise, honey, and vinegar. Stir in cranberries.
2. Place shredded cabbage in a large bowl.
3. Pour dressing over cabbage. Toss to coat.
4. Cover and chill for 45 minutes.

This salad is very pretty and delicious.

BTW- why so sensitive? Caps lock doesn't have to mean screaming in anger, and sorry b/c what I said made your overreact should be more than enough.

Can you use the regular ones in the packets? (I guess they're the dried ones, they look like raisins.) Come to that, would it work with craisins? DS bringing friends from Yeshiva for next Shabbos & this sounds like a nice change.
