Looking for a recipe for beet soup..... anyone?

borcht ???

boil diced beets in water with a pinch of salt and a spoon of suger ... add some lemon juice after they are soft enough ... eat warm or cold with sour cream ...

1 jar borscht with juice
1 can beets
1 minced onion or 1 tbsp onion flakes
1 marrow bone
3-4 cloves garlic
1/2 cup brown sugar

Just boil everything and let simmer for a while until everything is soft and fully cooked.
