I am looking for recommendations for a therapist for my daughter. I think she needs help with coping skills and anger management. She is an early teen.
Is this something that is covered under insurance? I am a total newbie when it comes to this type of thing.

Try calling a clinic like Sephardic Bikur Holim - they usually accept insurances.

Have you tried calling Relief for a referral? You can also tell them what insurance you have and see if they can recommend anybody who accepts it.

Sephardic Bikur Cholim, Tikvah and InterBoro are all good clinics in Flatbush that accept insurance.
