I think these are automatic responses that have nothing to do with what ou wrote about. I got similar form letter responses when I wrote a congressman or other elected officials. They just log each one, write the topic, and then send you this response. They get too many messages to respond to all of them individually.
One senator actually sent me a form response that was targeted for the topic I selected, praising the exact stance I was arguing against. They didn’t read it. (One did actually respond when I was in elementary school and had to contact a congressman and ask some questions...)
