I was you a few months ago. I took out a book from the public library called “the no cry sleep method” and I am happy to say at 7 months old my baby has improved tremendously. I won’t lie, it’s not a quick fix like cio, and she warns you on the book about that, you need patience but eventually you see a change. On a good night my baby has slept 9 hours straight this past week. We have fall backs like last night but I do feel like I’m getting somewhere cuz at 4 months I was up every hour !! It’s worth a try if you really don’t want to cio like I didn’t and he author as well.

I also wouldn't recommend cio (though understand it works for some people). I would find a Gentle Sleep Coach. Hatzlocha!

I used Batya the baby coach. Very expensive but saved my life.
