I saw an ad in the paper that you can order ready made food for pesach. They will cook for you. I am wondering if anyone here used this service, meaning they stayed home for pesach but had all the food ready made and prepared by a service that does this, how much does this cost?

Thank you.

Depends what and how much you order. Think Batya’s kitchen has prices online.

My guess is it will cost about a third of what Pesach would cost in a program, and thats with Matzoh and wine.

Four people at a Pesach program will cost at least $6,000

All food together, at home, would be no more than $2,000.

That would not include dishes, flatware, pots and pans, and would not include cleaning help.

thanks for the replies. I would order simple foods and I would get the matzohs and wines separately. I am only talking about cooked foods the main dishes for a small family.

Jade, do you have the contact info. for batyas kitchen?

Batya kitchen is great
I ordered some items from her last year
It will be expensive to do all meals
How expensive not sure
I have her menu but it’s 19 pages pdf file
Not sure how to attach it here
Maybe someone else is more savvy with technology
