I saw a recipe a few weeks ago in a newspaper or magazine I don't remember which for an Apple thumbprint cookie with Apple filling.
I think it called for cooked apples with other ingredients and then in the middle apple pie filling.
Does anyone know what I am talking about? Or anyone have anything similar?
