Osem Pesach roll mix packet--
What am I doing wrong?
(Besides being lazy by buying this in the first place-- yes, I know I could just use normal ingredients  )
I remember making these last year and they came out great-- But I can't remember what I could have done differently. This time they are really really dense. Am I misunderstanding the Hebrew instructions or did they change something?
I added 1 c. boiling water, combined, waited a minute, added 2 eggs well, let stand 7 minutes than made balls and baked.
Any tips and tricks to get these fluffier? Maybe more eggs? I have another pack I want to make today!
