My husband and I work very full time. It will not be possible for us to take our child to playgroup or pick up.
Are there reliable frum drivers who people pay to drive their kids to/from school?
I'll also need babysitting before and after school ...

There are some but it's hard to find. Maybe you can find a mother in your neighborhood that sends to the same playgroup and pay her to drive your kid.

Some playgroups have transportation as an option for an additional fee.
People carpool, so that you end up doing carpool duty only once a week, etc.
There are people that hire after school babysitters who are paid to pick up the kid from playgroup, but it's hard to find.
