Phoenix, Las Vegas, Dallas, Houston, Miami, LA - it all depends on what you're looking for in a community, your budget, and your definition of "not very cold."

Portland Or! Mild weather all year. Maybe a week or two of snow. There is rain in the winter. Summers are nicer than LA.
