Lots of guests for Shavuous.
anyone have a really good vanilla rugelach recipe? Or at least, a recipe for the filling? I have a good enough dough recipe, but if someone has one that's amazing, please post it.

Spread oil over dough.
Mix 1 box confectioners sugar with 7 tbsp vanilla sugar and sprinkle over oiled dough.
Cut into triangles. Roll into rugelach and bake.

as in custard filled or as in vanilla vs chocolate flavour ?
for the latter I would use powdered sugar along with some riches pareve milk & vanilla to make a spreadable consistency
