There are some bikur cholims that do.
Here's what you should do:
write up a little bio of family composition, who works in the household & what position, what the medical expense is etc. attach a bill.
you can fax this to different bikur cholims. there's a list in the business directory.

I am not OP. NY is a big area. I need this help. If you could narrow it down, I would be grateful. Are you thinking Brooklyn, Queens, Monsey, or some other locations? They are not in one phone book that I am aware of.
