Hi, I am iyh going to Niagara from Brooklyn in August with 3 kids ages 3-8 and plan to stop in the Catskills on the way for a couple of hours. Plan to get lunch there and do a small trip about 2 hrs. Was thinking possibly of doing boating and playground if there is any such place that has both on premises. Not really looking to stay more than 2 hrs so a farm or something like that would be too much... Any suggestions much appreciated. Thanks.

Morningside park has boating. But call in advance to see if there are any available. Often, camp go etc and you can't get a boat.
