My husband has to be out of town far from kosher amenities for 3 days next week. What are good, easy to transport milchig or parve meal ideas? Lunch and dinner. Was thinking tuna, salmon and salad, pasta, what else?

Do you have anything to heat up meals with like a microwave? If so, lasagna can be a good option. Also, you can make a cheese sauce (beer cheese or a bechemel with cheese and spices added) and have "fondue" night.
For things that can be served cold, egg salad is good for lunch. Quiche can be either lunch or dinner. Also, there are some good quinoa based salads that can't be a protein source.
