Salt yourself the day before. Throughout the day, take 1/4 tsp salt in 8 oz water ( or use chunky salt and swallow it like pills.) you need to drink enough water because salt in intense amounts will make you nauseated and or give you the runs. Let’s say a tap of salt over the day before should do it.

There are a/c that don't have to be installed in a window or wall-any electronic store has them. Anything with water put on body can be a problem because it's Tisha B'Av. Anybody you can move into right after Shabbos?

Im surprised there was not one suggestion for fans. I dont just mean regular stationary fans, the kind you put by someone's bed at night.
I mean that kind, but much stronger. We got one one summer when we had no air and the summer was brutal. It helped a lot.
Why not fans? And if its very hot outside, then keep your curtains closed and maybe even the windows closed to keep out the hot air.
