Does anyone have any suggestions of vacation spots that are similar to the Poconos? We've been to the Poconos and are looking for a change of scenery. We love nature, hiking, fruit/veggie picking, petting farms/zoos.

NH and VT are even nicer than the Poconos. If you don't want to drive that far, check out Hunter/Tannersville, or Lake Placid in the Adirondacks (though no Jewish amenities there).

Do you need a minyan. So many areas in Pennsylvania but most don't have a minyan nearby:
Penn Creek - other side of Susquehanna
Rickets Glenn Area
Lehigh Valley
Grand Canyon of PA
