Has anyone used them to get their BA? Anyone know the pros and cons of them vs. TTI? Their website says they charge just $50 per test, whereas TTI charges 150...

It's $50 a credit, not test. They just do tests, whereas TTI, from what I understand, gives you options for specific degrees. EEC (what you said) gets a much cheaper BA through Excelsior, but only a BA in liberal arts.
Very easy to deal with EEC. I'm sure TTI is also great but I didnt ro it because it was too expensive and I just wanted a basic BA.

Yes I know someone who did it he got into a few masters programs with it and it wasn't too hard at all.
